We have a very good team of Merchandisers handling buyer communication and they consistently follow the factory from the yarn stage to the shipment. They ensure the shipment meets the delivery dates without shortages. The merchandiser looks in to the time and action plan and make sure the production is ontrack. He sees that the lab dips, print & embroidery strike off, testing & inspection reports, Fit Sample, P.P Sample, Top Sample, Shipment Samples are sent to the buyers on time. The merchandisers follow the printing & embroidery by giving comments correcting the same as required by the buyer and gives approval in the production unit to avoid delays.
